The Mind Cog Programme
The Mind Cog Program
Approximately 1.5 million people are living with a diagnosis of Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI) in the UK. MCI is recognised as a risk factor for dementia and from a psychological point of view is a ‘window of opportunity’ to improve cognitive functioning. Despite this, access to support and information for MCI patients and their families is very limited. Our Mind Cog Programme has been developed by Clinical Psychologists to address this and is based on a combination of current research evidence and best practice guidelines.
