through partnerships with local councils, the NHS, and community foundations.

Mindfulness for Older

Through guided practices and supportive group sessions, it combines evidence-informed approaches to managing stress and improving focus with the opportunity to build connection, share experiences, and become part of a supportive community.

Better Sleep Programme
for Caregivers

We offer one-to-one sessions for positive neuropsychology assessments, individual therapy, and the option to complete our group programmes in a one-to-one format.

All sessions are delivered by experienced practitioners and are offered at a subsidised rate of £50 per session, as part of our commitment to making high-quality psychological support accessible.
