The Six Week Mindfulness Programme
Individual Wellbeing & Psychological Support
We offer a range of personalised one-to-one services designed to support emotional wellbeing, cognitive health, and healthy ageing. Through our university training partnerships and supervised trainee psychologist placements, these services are available at a substantially reduced cost compared with typical private practice fees.

We offer one-to-one therapy sessions focused on emotional wellbeing, resilience, stress, anxiety, adjustment, and later life challenges. Sessions are designed to provide a safe and supportive space for reflection and personal growth.
All sessions are delivered by experienced practitioners and are offered at a subsidised rate of £50 per session as part of our commitment to accessible psychological support.
Individual Therapy Sessions

Mind Cog is a personalised cognitive wellbeing service for older adults who are experiencing changes in memory, attention, or thinking, or who have received a diagnosis of Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI). We begin with an individual assessment to understand each person's cognitive strengths, lifestyle, wellbeing, and personal goals before developing tailored recommendations and support.

Our wellbeing programmes can also be delivered on a one-to-one basis for people who would prefer personalised support. Programmes currently available include Mindfulness for Later Life, Better Sleep (CBT-I), and Blood Pressure Balance. Individual sessions allow the programme to be tailored to your needs, goals, and circumstances while maintaining the evidence-informed approach of our group courses.
